1 Sous Chef needed to the Hotel for 1 year contract. Two Michelin's Rosettes.

Job description:
The ability to prepare and cook meat and fish dishes with a good knowledge of
sauces. Also have a good understanding of health & hygiene procedures within
the kitchen. Will be controlling food stock, ordering, menu planning and
managing budgets with Head Chef and training and developing junior chefs.

Annual salary (before taxes): Ł20,000 UK sterling / paid monthly on or before
the last day of month
Accommodation : provided charged at Ł30 weekly
Meal: Provided during working hours
Overtime: Extra hours and days worked will be paid at the basic rate

Requirements: English knowledge, experience
