Belarus Complicating the Hlybokaye Case

Thanks for very good article. One comment though about spelling. Belarusian
should be spelt with one "s", plus Hlybokaje is spelt with "j" (it might be
not very easy to read in English, but Polish names are also not translated,
right?). Thanks!
