Research Proposals Seem Difficult Until You Start

Before even starting writing my research proposal, I was anxious because this was the first time that I would be doing such a thing! I did take some time to plan out what I wanted to include and break down my work into smaller parts.

My focus was on clearly articulating the problem at hand, reviewing relevant studies, ensuring that I had defined my research questions well from the start, etc. It also helped me learn more about the concept of nursing research proposal writing as well while searching online for tips on structuring academic writing.

If you’re getting ready to write up yours too, remember not to skip over taking a few days or weeks! just thinking things through. The more prepared you are during this planning phase, the easier everything will be going forward — including writing the actual proposal itself!
