Dostałem do przetłumaczenia krótką notkę na jęz. angielski, ale niestety niezbyt orientuję się w słownictwie prawno-administracyjnym. Będę wdzięczny za propozycje tłumaczen powyzszych słów na angielski.

If one should believe the Gyldendal dictionary, mocodawca is "principal", but I
would rather simply write the "undersigned", as mocodawca is the person giving
the power of attorney (pelnomocnictwo) or proxy.

But if your legal English is not so good, perhaps its an idea to ask someone
for assistance wit the whole memo. Legal English has many twists which can
change the meaning completetly...
