Customer Service Advisor/ Czech Speaker
Location: Warszawa, Łódź, Poland
Ref. no: CSA/05/10/04
Responsibilities:
• daily contact with international clients,
• providing information and support to the Clients (no sales!)
• correct and timely processing financial data,
• preparing reports and analysis,
• effective communication with clients and co-workers,
• recognition of the potential rationalization process.
Requirements:
• excellent Czech language skills both verbal and written,
• very good command of English,
• client focus attitude,
• experience in customer service will be an advantage,
• very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
• good analytical skills and computer skills,
• flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.
