A lawsuit against the US version of reality TV show Big Brother, which alleges
it illegally borrowed from George Orwell's novel 1984, has survived its first
round in court.
The claim was lodged last August by Marvin Rosenblum, a Chicago attorney who
produced the 1985 film of the book, which starred John Hurt and Richard Burton,
after buying the motion picture and TV rights from Orwell's estate.

Perhaps writing in English in this Forum is a new thing,but I do not think it is
very original,I`m afraid.English is the most popular foreign language,so what is
original in it. Let`s try Russian or i.e.Dutch for difference.

Wstyd się przyznać, ale stał obok mnie mój dzieciak i sprawdzał, czy nie
narobiłem zbyt dużo błędów. Piszcie po angielsku, ja prawie wszystko rozumiem,
tylko z pisaniem mam kłopot.

Witaj MAK!. Pewnie sobie juz o mnie pomyslałeś to i owo, bo przedwczoraj prawie
się z Wami pożegnałam. Ale przeciez kobieta zmienną jest prawda?
Pisać oczywiście bedziemy po polsku, to był chwilowy kaprys /na dodatek nie
mój, podłapałam temat/. Ale czuje potrzebę pisania, a Forum daje mi tę

Postąpiłem w Babilonie tak samo jak Ty, nie ja jeden zresztą. Prawie wszyscy

tu jest napisane że w Stanach producenci zostali oskarżeni o naruszenie praw
autorskich które to w Stanach wykupił sobie jakiś producent filmowy.


PS : ja nic nie zaczynałem - po prostu nie chciało mi sie tłumaczyć z BBC ;)
