Help Desk Analyst (German language)
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
HDA/G/08
Responsibilities:
-providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users
-routing problems to support staff
-coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
-administering and providing User Access and Exit controls.
-providing input into published knowledge base Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
To be successful candidate on this position you need have:
-very good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of German language
-help desk, customer service, or support experience with problem solving
-strong communication skills
-positive attitude to work
-readiness to relocate to Krakow
