Niebieski ekran - błąd

Witam! Dzisiaj po włączeniu komputera gdy próbuję połączyć się z internetem (uruchamiam przeglądarkę) pojawia się niebieski ekran błędu stop z komunikatem "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". Dzieje się tak tylko na jednym z trzech kont użytkownika (wszytkie mają status administratora). Na pozostałych wszystko działa normalnie. W ostatnim czasie nie przeprowadzałem żadnych zmian ani nie instalowałem nowych urządzeń. Proszę o pomoc i jakieś wskazówki...

        hej wam komputer mi sie caly czas wylacza i resetuje i robi sie niebieski ekran i wylacza mi sie do tego gra co mam zrobic

        W pliki .dmp znalazłem takie oto dwie informacje:

        BugCheck 100000D1, {0, 2, 8, 0}

        Probably caused by : ndiswan.sys ( ndiswan+db60 )

        Co z tym zrobić?

          Ponawiam prośbę o pomoc. Oto cały raport pliku .dmp odczytany przez program WinDbg.
          Dziwne jest to, że problem ten pojawia się tylko na jednym koncie użytkownika...

          Zaktualizowac sterowniki do kart sieciowych.

            A więc tak... aktualizowałem kartę sieciową Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC, na Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller #2 (nie wiem czy na pewno o to chodziło - nie znalazłem innych sterowników) i niestety nadal po kilku minutach od połączenia się z internetem wyskakuje BlueScreen (ale tylko na jednym koncie użytkownika - pozostałe działają bez zarzutu)... HELP!
