For our Client - worldwide known money business company providing foreign
currency and cash handling services to a number of airports, seaports, duty-
free shops and tourist centres we are looking for Customer Service Desk
Operators/ Foreign Exchange Points

Tasks:
- provide service to travelling customers
- deal with a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related
transactions such as: foreign exchange, travel insurance, VAT refunds etc.
- help and assistance with money transfer, travellers cheques

We offering:
-salary - GBP 11, 000 – GBP13,500

Wymagania:

- excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must,
- can demonstrate attention to detail and analitical problem solving,
- flexible team player,
- resilient and adaptable,
- great interpersonal skills,
- proactive and well organized,
- IT skilled,
- very good English


Mile widziane:

- previous office or customer service experience would be an advantage
