The Libertines split? :(

Is it hype or goodnight for The Libertines? I've been reading through some
news reports on it and personally think it's hype ) Since the start of the
band I've read of fights, on and off stage between the two front men and
believe this is just the next on the scale of band hype. I can't see how
they'd carry on without Pete who to me is the main frontman
