Provide high quality telephone support to internal Co. SAP/MS clients,
effective troubleshooting, logging of all problems reported.
Answer telephone queries on SAP/ MS Office and related issues in a
professional manner.
Be client focused at all times.
Effectively troubleshoot and accurately log all problems reported. Make sure
written documentation is clear, concise and appropriate with the correct SCIM
(categorisation).
Be able to set priorities and handle multiple tasks with similar urgency
independently.
Languages required FLUENT English, Polish and one other language (preferably
Eastern European)
Good customer service skills and focus. Excellent customer service skills
required and the ability to work in a team environment. Analytical thinking
and troubleshooting a must. Good understanding of PC systems
Product related training will be provided.
Annual salary increases of approx.7%. of salary. BUPA, life insurance .
Holiday allocation 33 days p.a. pro rata
