NOTICE TO CAST 25 CANDIDATES
We are aware of the difficulties that many of you have encountered while
unsuccessfully trying to register for the EPSO tests in the framework of the
CAST 25 procedures. This is somewhat disappointing both for you, the
candidates, and for us who would have wanted to have, from the start, a
better functioning system.
In fact, out of the almost 29000 candidates admitted to the tests, a large
majority of you tried to register from the very beginning: this has caused
substantial bottlenecks in the system, which has therefore not been
accessible to many of you.
We are presently examining the technical possibilities of improving this
situation, whilst preserving fair opportunities for all candidates, possibly
by extending the registration period as well as the testing schedule.
However, it seems clear that, in the short term, we should not expect to
reach the ideal situation which would allow for a simultaneous handling of a
very high number of booking requests. Consequently, it is possible that some
difficulties will momentarily persist; therefore we ask for your patience and
comprehension for these inconveniences.
We shall reopen the registration system at the beginning of next week; if
necessary, new adjusted indications on how to book will be given.
On behalf of the EPSO team and myself, I would like to apologize for these
problems which, may I assure you, will not affect your participation in the
selection procedure.
