spotkalem sie z okresleniem: "lease to covenant" (dzierzawa umowy)...
W tym wypadku wydaje mi sie ze "to covenant" odnosi sie do pierwszego "leases"
(patrzac po przecinkach) i.e:
"The investment is characterized by numerous leases, (...), to covenant of
varying strength.

Mam nadzieje ze ci to pomoze.
