Screen Painter problem

Witam

mamy nastepujacy problem. Nowa instalacja SAP R/3 4.7 na Win2000. Screen
painter odpala sie poczatkowo w normalnej wersji graficznej po czym przelacza
sie w stary tekstowy edytor. Problem nie dotyczy SAP GUI poniewaz na tym
samym frontendzie dziala screen painter graficzny na innym serwerze. Gdzie
mozna ustawic badz sprawdzic problem tego typu?

Zrobilem wszystko po kolei jak znalazlem na innym forum, jednak problem dalej
wystepuje.

Graphical Layout Editor" (se51) in the "Screen Painter" is not opening in
Graphical mode. It is opening in text mode.
The status bar is showing that : Graphical Layout Editor Not Available.
Continue with alphanumeric editor.

From my front end, i am accessing 2 different servers. Both the servers are in
USA.We are using the same network the access both the servers. In SAPServer1 i
am able to access screen paint in Graphical mode. The problem i am getting in
another server(SAPServer2).

FYI

These are the following options i have tried. But still i am facing the same
problem.
1. se80-----> Utilities/ Settings... Screen painter tab.... i selected
Graphical Layout editor.

2.there is no memory problems

3.reinstalled SAPGUI 620 (SAPGUI+DevTools) with the latest patches...

4.gneux.exe file is there in my \SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui\ Location.
When i click this i am getting the Graphical Screen.

5.I updated my GUI 610 to 620 with all development tools.

6. ping -l 2000 command is working fine.

7. No net work issues

According to your suggestion, Graphical paint editor will not work under
firewall or proxy.

Solution:

Graphical paint editor supports port no: 3300. We need to open this port in
firewall or in proxy.

But the problem is,
the users who are all working from USA, they are able to open the editor in
Graphical mode.

Is there any other solutions for my problem? Please advice me.

a sprawdz sobie czy mozesz laczyć sier poprzez RFC ze swoim sapem.
moze masz zablokowany port na firewallu 33nn gdzie nn to numer systemu.

firewall wylaczylem na obu komputerach, port jest odblokowany. RFC polaczenie
dziala, w sm59 do screen paintera jest polaczenie i dziala dobrze.
