AGENT CUSTOMER CARE & OPERATIONS – SOUTH
Hungarian Speaker

The role

• Looking after transportation orders on Hungarian market.
• Maintain direct contact with existing and potential clients
• Make calculations for proposals by means of an in-house computer system
• Planning the orders and monitoring the shipment from A to Z
• Maintain regular contact with client and transporter during the shipment
• Deal with all administrative process as a result of the above mentioned actions

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hungarian
• Teamwork
• Good communications skills
• Willing to work in shifts (flexible working hours)
