Problem z logowaniem

Sprawa wyglada nastepujaco, chodzi tu o pewna platna stonke. Dotychczas bylo
wszystko ok, ale od tygodnia gdy kilkam na logowanie , zamiast miejsca gdzie
mam wpisac login i haslo pojawia sie taki o to komunikat:
