Baby English

IP: *.dew.pl / *.internetdsl.tpnet.pl 20.05.04, 11:10
this is something you can hardly find in any dictionary but most of you
natives out there should know something about it. Do you know any "baby"
names for common objects or situations (like go potty, poo, wee-wee, etc.)?
And how would you call your baby other than baby, kid, sprog, little mite?
Thanks a million for your help!

      hi,

Whatever you want to know... Just tell me, I will give you an answer. I have
been living in England for quite a long time, my husband is British and we have
      got a little baby-girl.
The other word for a baby is 'infant'. Let me know what other words you want to
      know.

I hope you don't address your baby as "infant" ;-)

Of course I do not address my daughter as 'infant'. I just wanted to answer the
question. All I wanted to say is: there is another word for the baby - infant.
          It is an official word!!!

"Baby" znaczy "niemowlę" (infant); Nieco później określa się je jako "child",
          dziecko.

          Hey there,
It's common to call a baby - pumpkin or cutie pie (I am not sure of spelling)
or little princess (baby girl of course :o) )or munchkin... and many more...
          Take care,
          Mia
