Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the senior professionals in Accenture's UK FS practice to
bring insight and perspectives where it has the greatest impact on Accenture's
business development, growth and clients

* Support business development efforts proactively using research to
identify new opportunities for the FS practice

* Enable the practice to propose, win and execute engagements for clients
which require research expertise or insights

* Provide senior executives with data-driven points of view to take to
clients and to use to further Accenture's sales and marketing goals

* Proactively identify and alert the practice to trends and the
opportunities/threats they represent for Accenture and its clients.

* Create points of view



Research skills


* Define and agree the scope of a project, turning intangible ideas into
business-focused, results-oriented research projects

* Broad and deep understanding of research skills: strategic & financial
analysis, modelling and forecasting and the use of surveys

* Industry-relevant ratios, metrics and source

* Excellent ability to communicate the results of the research both in
writing and verbally



Interpersonal skills


* Innovative, strong communicator, confident, proactive, entrepreneurial,
team player able to build effective working relationships at all levels

* Minimum 8+ years' survey/business research experience, preferably in a
consulting/agency environment, or demonstrated equivalent skill

* Knowledge of survey research techniques/ business issues

* Experience in marketing a service to a specified customer group

* Ability to create resource and budget plans and to adhere to and monitor
these throughout the duration of a project

* Synthesis and analysis/survey methodology skills

* Undergraduate or university degree with advanced degree/qualification is
preferred
