Czas cos zmienic. ================= Praca w Anglii Odpowiedz Link Zgłoś

Indefinite leave to remain www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/6353/11406/formseto0606.pdf SET (O) In the following categories, the qualifying period changed from 4 to 5 years on 3 April 2006: work permit holder; employment not requiring a work permit; writer, composer or artist; UK ancestry; and highly skilled migrant. If you were previously granted leave to enter or remain for 4 years in any of these categories, you will need to apply for an extension of stay to complete the new 5-year qualifying period. You should do this on Form FLR(O) for categories other than work permit holder. In that category the prescribed form for an extension of stay is Form FLR(IED). Your employer may also need to apply for your work permit to be extended if it does not already cover the 5- year period. 2. www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/applying/eeaeunationals • If you are an EEA national and wish to be issued with confirmation of your right of residence in the United Kingdom you can apply for a Registration Certificate, using form EEA1.
