For our client, a big IT company we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position of:

SAP HCM Senior Consultant
Location: Poznań, Wielkopolskie
(ref. no.: SAPHCM/05/2012)

Job purpose:
To provide SAP HCM support to the client’s user community and the underlying business processes in use. To work closely with other colleagues on the SAP support team as well as the users, support manager and service delivery managers to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and new requirements are communicated and managed effectively through to completion.

Requirements/Knowledge Skills:
• At least 5 years working experience in consulting and support for SAP HCM components Personal Administration (PA) and Time&Attendance (PT)
• Deep knowledge regarding relevant personal management processes
• Good development knowledge, i.e. ABAP for reporting purposes, interface programming, development and handling of migration tools
• Knowledge of workflow functionality in SAP
• Fluent German language skills (English is a plus)
