For our Client, dynamic global IT company, we are looking for: Senior SAP Analyst

Job Description:

Resolve incidents and service requests that are assigned to them;
Perform configuration analysis across SAP process and it’s associated integrations points;
Resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions;
Develop functional/technical specifications for break/fix and minor enhancements and collaborate with the development organization for their development;
Collaborate as needed with other SAP support team members;
Meet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreement (SLA);
Update procedures, operation instructions and any other documentation impacted by system changes;
Queue management in conjunction with the technical leads in specified areas;
Mentor other Analysts.
Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in SAP (Senior); At least 2 years of experience in SAP (regular)
Experience working or support one or more Full Life Cycle SAP implementation;
Experience working with SAP Solution Manager, ARIS, HP Service Manager and HP Quality Center;
Understanding of integrations points between SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Business Warehouse (BW);
Experience working in global SAP environment;
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment;
Fluent English.
