Job Specification

The Claims Processing Team Member will support service suppliers
with claim files and upload, pro-forma invoice creation and invoice
verification.

Responsibilities

• Help service suppliers in making the data file corrections
required to successfully upload the data To Partner Tool when issues
arise
• Approve or reject claims according to regional warranty policies
• Manage unclear — onhold — repair claims
• Create pro-forma invoices/payment proposals
• Match received invoices against payment proposals
• Trigger payment to supplier

Qualifications

Requirements

• Good knowledge of claims processing process/warranty policies
• Excellent command of English language (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships with others
• Maintain and enhance professional relationships with clients
• Very good PC skills
