Trojan w pliku .dll ?

Avast wykrył mi trojana w pliku JPEG200.dll programu graficznego IrfanView
Sign of "Win32:Trojano-1959 [Trj]" has been found in "C:\Program
Files\IrfanView\Plugins\JPEG2000.dll" file.
Wydaje mi się to absurdalne,rozmiar pliku i data modyfikacji niezmieniona bo
nigdy nie używałem JPEG200.Komunikat pojawił mi sie kilkakrotnie,Avast nie
dał rady usunąć plku,na razie odinstalowałem wstępnie IrfanView(nie jego
wina) i jestem zajęty bo mocno skanuję.
