Palestinian opens fire on German diplomat's car

A Palestinian fired shots at the bulletproof vehicle of a German diplomat
who was in Jenin to meet with Fatah leader Kadour Moussa on Saturday
afternoon.

The diplomat was not harmed, but several bullets hit the vehicle. As he
left
the city he informed soldiers manning a roadblock of the incident.

According to the army, the man informed the soldiers that a Palestinian
armed with a Kalashnikov fired at his vehicle at close range.

A German Foreign Ministry spokesman in Berlin said: "An incident took
place
involving a German member of an EU group of observers. An unknown
assailant
fired shots at the German. No one was injured."

The IDF Spokesman said the incident is being investigated but noted that
it
was not the first time that Palestinian gunmen have opened fire at
diplomatic vehicles, citing the shooting at a vehicle belonging to a
Danish
diplomat near Beit El last month.

There were no reports of Saturday's shooting attack in the Palestinian
media.

Tak, kolejny raz się nie udało. No i bardzo dobrze, że się nie udało.

Tyle tylko, że nie każdy jest niemieckim dyplomatą. I wielka szkoda, że wielu
palestyńskim kobietom a czasem i dziecku, nie udało się uniknąć, zupełnie
przypadkowego izraelskiego strzału ostrzegawczego w powietrze. Nie wiedzą
matoły jedne, że podczas czyszczenia broń może wystrzelić przypadkiem sama i
włóczą się stadami na linii ognia.
