Everybody wants to get the best job and ensure a better future for themselves and their family.

Themselves jest łatwiej stosować niż himself or herself, jeśli mam na myśli ludzi obojga lub nieznanej płci. Natomiast assure jest często stosowane w znaczeniu bliskim uspokoić, obiecać, że wszystko będzie dobrze/przekonać samego siebie, że tak będzie, a rzadko w znaczeniu: zagwarantować.
