as far as I know 'do' in such cases is used to emphasize what you want to say.

    a way of emphasising

    I'd put it like this:
    I believe that... = Ja wierzę/uważam, że..
    I do believe that = Ja naprawdę wierzę/uważam, że...

Sorry, but "What is the difference" is correct. When you throw in "do" it
means that you feel strongly about it.

I love you
I do love you - I really love you - I love you very much - slowo do wzmacnia
rzecownik po nim.
