Gisela Graham Ltd is internationally known in the seasonal and giftware business for original, charming designs – the Managing Director is herself in charge of design – selling to 3000+ upscale customers in UK and overseas.
We seek an experienced Customer Service Advisor to take on a senior role within our customer service dept. Providing outstanding customer service and excellent order processing skills with a view to managing the complete order processing function. Providing sales support to our sales team, ensuring customer special requirements are fulfilled.
The right person will have several years’ relevant experience, gained perhaps in small-medium sized companies in a b2b environment.
This is very much a hands-on job, calling for a natural problem-solver with good Excel skills Friendly, informal atmosphere in 60-strong company.
Excellent salary, Full-time 9.00 – 5.30. 1½ miles Waterloo.
