Manchester is great and has released some classic albums, but as far as true
classic albums and genre defining music goes, you have to hand it to New York,
on a whole I'd say they have been more prolific in genius inspired music. And
Manchester had that set image, Liverpool had the semi image, but not a real
true fully fledged one, but New York, it oozes style, so much so you can be
terrible, have good fashion sense, come from New York and make the front page
of music magazines!

Come on look at this list, if it is possible to find a city with better musical
cool than good old New York then I'll form a Tatu tribute band and be the
ginger one

And you're atlas opening has also made me notice that perhaps the three most
legendary music venues for sheer amazing events have been New York's CBGB's,
Liverpool's The Cavern and Madchester's Hacienda )
