Rabbi Breitowitz is concerned about the health risks to mohels when they suck
the bleeding penises of babies during the Orthodox circumcision ritual.

Sadly, Rav Breitowitz does not cite any scientific studies that back up his
claim. Nor does he say whether rum is effective on syphilis, tuberculosis,
hepatitis, and the whole panoply of infections diseases that may be present in
the newborn's bloodstream — or the mohel's saliva.

hired was Securacom (now Stratasec). George W. Bush's brother, Marvin Bush, was
on its board of directors, and Marvin’s cousin, Wirt Walker III, was its CEO.
According to public records, not only did Securacom provide electronic security
for the World Trade Center, it also covered Dulles International Airport and
United Airlines — two key players in the 9/11 attacks.

The company was backed by an investment firm, the Kuwait-American Corp., also
linked for many years to the Bush family. KuwAm has been linked to the Bush
family financially since the Gulf War. One of its principals and a member of the
Kuwaiti royal family, Mishal Yousef Saud al Sabah, served on the board of Stratesec.

Now, consider: The members of a small cabal owned the WTC complex, controlled
its electronic security, and also controlled the security not only for one of
the airlines whose aircraft were hijacked on 9/11, but the airport from which
they originated.

fact that it is based on historical reality. As far as the U.S. goes, one has
only to read the chapter, “The Jewish-led Invasion,” in David Duke’s book Jewish
Supremacism to be convinced. Quoting from numerous documents, Duke shows that
U.S. Jewish organizations fought for decades to do away with the restrictive
immigration laws which, while not totally excluding non-white immigration,
sought to preserve the ethnic composition of the U.S. population. Jewish efforts
were crowned with success in 1965, and as a result the percentage of whites in
the U.S. population, 90% in 1965, had by 2006 fallen to 63%. Non-white
immigration reached record levels under Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, also
the presidents most favorable to the Jews in U.S. history. If Faye sees that as
pure coincidence, that’s up to him and none of our concern.

The Professor of Torture

Dershowitz for the Defense--of Waterboarding


Alan Dershowitz is a crafty debater, a capable attorney and a ferocious defender
of Israel. He is also a Harvard professor and a former member of OJ Simpson's
legal defense called the Dream Team.

An article by Dershowitz appeared on op-ed page of the Wall Street Journal on
November 7, 2007, titled "Democrats and Waterboarding". In that article
Dershowitz makes a spirited defense of waterboarding, going so far as to say
that (he believes) the Democrats "will lose the presidential race if it defines
itself as soft on terror." Dershowitz thinks the Democrats are headed for
trouble if they assume the "pacifistic stance" that he identifies with Cindy
Sheehan and Michael Moore. By using Moore and Sheehan as examples; it is clear
that Dershowitz accepts the media's attempts to dismiss them as part of an
imaginary "leftist fringe".

Instead, Dershowitz holds up ex-New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani as an example of
a candidate whose popularity has steadily grown because of his "tough" stance on
national security issues. Dershowitz uses the "national security" hobgoblin in
the same way as Bush; to justify government activities that conflict with our
existing laws and basic principles. It is a neat bit of lawyerly footwork, but
unconvincing.

In Dershowitz's defense, it is true that he does not approve of "the routine use
of torture", but only in the rare situation when it might be useful in gaining "
preventive intelligence information about imminent acts of terrorism--the
so-called "ticking bomb" scenario." But, who decides? Do we bestow this
authority on men who have already proven to be untrustworthy---on men who have
already created an industrial scale system of torture in black sites around the
world? Who do we trust with these new powers?

And how do we know when a so-called "terrorist suspect" is a terrorist at all?
Are we being asked to forgo due process and the presumption of innocence along
with our revulsion to cruel and inhuman treatment?

Dershowitz's loves to use the "ticking time-bomb" scenario and trots it out at
every opportunity. It is a very persuasive argument, until one really examines
the implications. Jose Padilla was supposedly a "ticking time-bomb", wasn't he?
According to the earliest public statements by the Bush administration, Padilla
had smuggled a nuclear device or "dirty bomb" into the country and was planning
to use it in a terrorist attack against American civilians. But it wasn't true.
The government had fabricated the entire story and kept him in prison without
charges for over 4 years on claims that were manifestly false. The Bush
administration has never offered an explanation for their lies.

Padilla's attorney has produced convincing evidence that he was repeatedly
tortured in prison and was, thus, driven insane. And for what? The government
knew that he was not involved in a terrorist plot to kill Americans. Under
Dershowitz's regime, Padilla's treatment would be entirely justified. Is that
what we want?

The "ticking time-bomb" argument is a way of challenging our core values. It's a
test. It's like asking, "How much are we really willing to sacrifice for the
sake of our beliefs? Are we willing to risk our lives and the lives of the
people we love ?" Or are we ready to "throw in the towel" and hand the
government even greater and more lethal powers hoping that they'll keep us safe?

In Dershowitz's book, "Shouting Fire: Civil Liberties in a Turbulent Age," he says:

"No torture would be permitted without a "torture warrant" being issued by a
judge....An application for a torture warrant would have to be based on the
absolute need to obtain immediate information in order to save lives coupled
with probable cause that the suspect had such information and is unwilling to
reveal it....The warrant would limit the torture to nonlethal means, such as
sterile needles, being inserted beneath the nails to cause excruciating pain
without endangering life."

It's shocking that a respected author and attorney would actually qualify the
type of needles ("sterile") that can be used while conducting torture. Can we
see how outrageous this is?

The excerpt proves that Dershowitz advocates torture. The support for "torture
warrants" is support torture. Period. It doesn't matter if the torture is
limited to extreme cases or not. It's barbarism. More importantly, it is
barbarism that is vindicated by the state.

Dershowitz has been defending his position on torture for more than 4 years.
Here are his comments in 2002 from the op-ed page of the SF Chronicle :

"If American law enforcement officers were ever to confront the law school
hypothetical case of the captured terrorist who knew about an imminent attack
but refused to provide the information necessary to prevent it, I have
absolutely no doubt that they would try to torture the terrorists into providing
the information.

Moreover, the vast majority of Americans would expect the officers to engage
in that time-tested technique for loosening tongues, notwithstanding our
unequivocal treaty obligation never to employ torture, no matter how exigent the
circumstances."

("Want to Torture; Get a Warrant", SF Chronicle 2002)

Dershowitz is mistaken. According to every survey conducted in the last 5 years,
the majority of American people are overwhelming opposed to torture and-I dare
say---they are equally opposed to cops who take the law into their own hands and
"engage in that time-tested technique for loosening tongues." What Dershowitz is
suggesting here is deadly serious and paves the way for routine abuses of power
and police brutality. It is a wonder that the Bar hasn't stepped in and
chastised him for his public stance on this issue.

Dershowitz's logic is also flawed. His argument can be reduced to this: "The
cops are going to torture anyway, so let's give them the green light by
providing them with "torture warrants"? Isn't that what he is saying?

Możemy wygrać z antypolskim rasizmem J.T. Grossa!



Pseudokatolickie (liberalne; uczciwi teologowie mogliby śmiało
zarzucić im tzw. herezje żydujących) wydawnictwo „Znak” w Krakowie
dało Polakom wyjątkowo łajdacki prezent noworoczny. Wydało w
tłumaczeniu na język polski książkę Żyda amerykańskiego pochodzenia
polskiego Jana T. Grossa pt. „Strach. Antysemityzm polski tuż po
wojnie. Historia moralnej zapadłości”.

Książka została uznana przez prawych historyków (nie
oportunistów, głównie za 30 srebrników!) nie tylko za niezgodną z
prawdą historyczną, ale przede wszystkim za rasistowską – skrajnie
polakożerczą. Prezes Instytutu Pamięci Narodowej Janusz Kurtyka
nazwał Grossa „wampirem historiografii” („Gazeta Wyborcza”
10.1.2008), a redaktor naczelny dziennika „Rzeczpospolita” Paweł
Lisicki napisał: „Po kolejnych opisach Grossa pojawić się musi
proste pytanie: jeśli większość Polaków była taka, jak ich nam
maluje autor „Strachu" – irracjonalna, otępiała, poddana machinacjom
katolickiego kleru, pazerna i zbrodnicza masa – to czyż zaliczenie
ich przez okupanta do kategorii podludzi nie było aby uzasadnione?
Jest chyba tylko jeden współczesny historyk, który w podobny sposób
opisywał Polaków pod niemiecką okupacją. O dziwo, to David Irving”
(10.1.2008).

W Australii, która na pewno jest państwem bardziej demokratycznym
i tolerancyjnym, za TAKĄ książkę idzie się do sądu i za TAKI rasizm
grozi kara więzienia. Żydzi australijscy na pewno przypilnowaliby,
aby to prawo było wyegzekwowane! Kilka razy zadbali już o to. A co
wolno demokratycznej i tolerancyjnej Australii i Żydom, to wolno
również i Polsce i Polakom. Nie bądźmy bardziej grzeczni od Pana
Jezusa, który miał odwagę fizycznie wyrzucać kupczących ze świątyni.
Na okazywaniu zawsze grzeczności i uniżoności wobec Żydów wychodzimy
jak przysłowiowo Zabłocki na mydle. Czasem trzeba walnąć pięścią w
stół i krzyknąć głośno: „Basta!”. Inaczej będą oni zawsze jeździć na
nas jak na starej kobyle.

Niestety, można odnieść wrażenie, że wiele osób wpływych w
dzisiejszej Polsce (głównie politycy i dziennikarze oraz
komunistycznego chowu „naukowcy”) nie ma żadnego honoru, że króluje
wśród nich wszechwładnie duch targowicy?! Patriotyzm uważają za
chorobę tak groźną jak np. rak i w ogóle Ojczyznę nie mają w żadnym
poważaniu. Stąd dołączają do wrogów Polski i Polaków i jednocześnie
wmawiają narodowi, że to co robią jest rzeczą chwalebną, którą
trzeba popierać i naśladować.

Dlatego dobrze się stało, że kierownictwo Prokuratury Okręgowej w
Krakowie, którą zasypano masą skarg na książkę i jej autora, podjęło
decyzję o wszczęciu postępowania sprawdzającego czy doszło do
popełnienia przestępstwa przez Jana T. Grossa.

Niektórzy (skrajni filosemici i np. arcybiskup Józef Życiński z
Lublina), uważają że sprawą książki „Strach” nie powinna zajmować
się prokuratura.

Może i nie powinna, jeśli ktoś staje w obronie bezgranicznej
wolności słowa. Ale, powtarzam, dobrze się stało, że książką Grossa
zajęła się prokuratura. Ten fakt jest ciosem moralnym dla Grossa i
Wydawnictwa „Znak”. Wskazuje na to, że bardzo wielu Polaków (a
zapewne wszyscy ci co uważają się za patriotów polskich, czyli ci co
nie są jedynie zjadaczami polskiego chleba lub po prostu zwykłymi
zdrajcami za 30 srebrników) mówią głośno żydowskiemu antypolskiemu
rasizmowi: „Basta!!!”.

Jeśli więc prokuratura nie ma się zajmować książką „Strach” to co
my – Polacy możemy zrobić w sprawie tej książki, jak zaprotestować
przeciwko jej obrzydliwemu antypolskiemu rasizmowi?

Uważam, że: po pierwsze książkę powinno się po prostu publicznie
spalić przed domem Wydawnictwa „Znak”. Nie powinna tego zrobić jakaś
pojedyncza osoba czy nawet organizacja. Powinien powstać
Ogólnonarodowy Komitet Protestu Przeciw Antypolskiemu Rasizmowi Jana
T. Grossa i on powinien wyłonić delegację, złożoną z wolontariuszy i
znanych osób z całego kraju, do dokonania tego aktu, który powinien
być odpowiednio nagłośniony.

Z książki żydowskiego naukowca Israela Shahaka „Jewish History,
Jewish Religion” (London 1994) wiemy, że Żydzi w Izraelu z
nienawiści do chrześcijaństwa palą publicznie „Nowy Testament”.

My mamy prawo ze świętego oburzenia spalić dzieło, które na to
sobie w pełni zasługuje. Tak jak każdy Polak ma moralne prawo
spalić „Mein Kampf” Adolfa Hitlera. A „Strach” Jana T. Grossa jest
właśnie współczesnym rasistowskim „Mein Kampf”!

Po drugie polskie Ministerstwo Spraw Zagraniczych powinno ogłosić
Jana T. Grossa personą non grata w Polsce.

Angielskiego historyka Davida Irvinga, znanego ze skrajnego
antysemityzmu, szereg państw uważa za persona non grta i nie
wpuszcza do swego kraju. Tak dzieje się np. w Australii.

Polska powinna pójść za przykładem Australii. Jan T. Gross jako
skrajny polakożerca nie powinien mieć prawa wstępu do Polski. Jeśli
wyjątkowo prożydowski rząd polski nie uczyni tego, to Polacy sami
powinni zająć się tą sprawą. Ten „człowiek” nie powinien chodzić po
polskich ulicach z podniesioną głową!

Po trzecie, Wydawnictwu „Znak” w Krakowie powinna być odebrana
licencja na prowadzenie biznesu. Tak, aby w przyszłości żadne
wydawnictwo na ziemi polskiej nie wydało więcej tak polakożerczej
książki.

Niestety, mamy rząd całkowicie uległy wobec Izraela i Żydów
rzekomo w imię polskiej racji stanu (do 1989 r. padaliśmy na kolana
przed Moskwą, a dzisiaj padamy na kolana przed USA i Izraelem), mamy
w Polsce jawnie działające antypolskie instytucje, mamy antypolskie
wydawnictwa. Wszyscy oni jak dotychczas działali i działają
bezkarnie, co zachęca naszych wrogów do coraz bardziej
wyrafinowanych antypolskich akcji.

Ale jest w Polsce również wiele milionów patriotów polskich,
którzy przez swą liczbę są w stanie chociażby tylko w Polsce
roztrzaskać łeb żydowskiej polakożerczej hydrze.
