Is it correct?

1.Expiry date of rendering services is the date of signing the statement of
delivery-receiving services.?

2. The payment should be made in € (Euro) by remittance to Contractor’s
settlement account

3.Payments are to be made within 14 days of the date of invoice/(or?) signing
the statement of delivery-receiving services.


4.Shall organize the arriving process (tickets and hotel reservations if
needed) for those who will be accepted.?

5. Shall deal with the application procedures of prospective students
including completing the application Documents?

Please help, I have doubts if it sounds properly;/
