Recreate the source text

I have to recreate the source text of a poor Polish translation (personally
I think that the translation was done this way on purpose) ) and I have
problems with finding an appropriate English expression..

Biore sobie wolnosc napisania do Pana aby......
Jak Pan moze wiedziec - As you probably know ???
To jest w tym potwierdzeniu, ze ja wielce docenilbym Panska rade
(This is to....????)
Czy moglbym prosic Pana czy Panskie biuro, zeby moglo dostarczyc mi te
informacje, lub zeby dal mi Pan imie poprawnej osoby do kontaktu.

Zamiast "I take freedom to write to you" powinno byc "I take liberty" - po
angielsku freedom i liberty to dwie nieco rozne rzeczy.
Nastepnie zamiast "this is in confirmation" powinno byc "this is to confirm"

zrobic....when I have recreated the text I have to translate in into Polish -
correctly ))

but...I have never come across expressions such as "I take freedom" or "I take
liberty"/..... Are you sure those are correct?

Po pierwsze, zgoda ze freedom i liberty to rzeczy odrobine rozne, ale w tym
wyrazeniu obie uzywane. Przynajmniej ja widzialem obie, a "freedom" w wykonaniu
m.in. British Council . Mozliwe, ze "liberty" jest bardziej poprawne.

Acha, i oczywiscie "I take the liberty", co nie?

A co do "this is in confirmation", to bije sie w piersi. Istotnie, to znaczy "to
jest zgodne z" w kontekscie "this is in confirmation with", czyli co innego niz
"this is to confirm".
