Customer Service Representative
with French

In this role you will provide service excellence to the customers of our Clients. Your main duties will include answering to customers’ inquiries by phone, chat and email.

Requirements:[/b][/b]
· fluent level of French and communicative level of English (obligatory),
· high communication skills, customer attitude,
· energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work,
· ability to learn new products and services,
· call center experience will be an advantage.
