"Giorgio Armani Parfums & Cosmetics (L’Oréal Luxury Products) has signed up
American singer and actress Beyoncé Knowles to be the face and voice of a new
women's fragrance for the Emporio Armani brand, due to launch globally this
fall. Called Emporio Armani Diamonds, the new scent will target young and
dynamic women, a Giorgio Armani Parfums & Cosmetics spokesperson tells
CosmeticNews. It is the first time the brand has signed a spokesperson, he
added. Beyoncé will appear in the print and TV advertising global campaign,
singing ‘Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend’, made famous by Marilyn Monroe.
Beyoncé is no stranger to the L'Oréal stable, or indeed to the beauty
