The Ombudsman Is Not Fond of Human Rights

30.11.07, 13:52
O yes we should really afraid of this “document”. But why? I’ll try
to explain.

Article 3 “Right to the integrity of the person” says “the
prohibition on making the human body and its parts as such a source
of financial gain” that means, you capitalists, should be afraid
because you can not an employee only for “financial gain” but only
for economical loses

Art. 3 P.1. “No one shall be held in slavery or servitude.” That
means of course no prisoners and no penalties for criminals

What means Art.41 “Every person has the right to have his or her
affairs handled impartially, fairly and within a reasonable time”?
What does it mean “impartially”, “fairy” and first of all how many
years is “within a reasonable time”?

Or lets take Art. 51 “This Charter does not establish any new power
or task for the Community or the Union, or modify powers and tasks
defined by the Treaties.” Then may I ask why should we have such
Charter? If even this Charter is self-definig as “without power,
tasks etc.” This Charter is just nothing, isn’t it?

And so on and so on; I would recommend the lecture of this funny
document, consists very flexible paragraphs like Art.32 “The
employment of children is prohibited. The minimum age of admission
to employment may not be lower than the minimum school-leaving age,
without prejudice to such rules as may be more favourable to young
people and except for limited derogations.”. So what? Somebody who
is 10 years old can of course work if there is no minimum school-
leaving age. Or you can just use “rules more favourable to young
people” or on the contrary “limited derogations”, just take it easy.

Uuuuu. Yes I am really “afraid” of this misunderstanding.
