Reuters: "Israel blast tied to crime gangs"
A bomb placed under a car in the southern Israeli city of Ashkelon has
exploded killing an Israeli man and wounding two people in what police said
was a criminal attack.
"We are not treating it as a terrorist incident," National Police spokesman
Gil Kleiman said.
Security sources said Wednesday's blast appeared to be a settling of scores
among criminals in the city...
