World Condemns Israeli "Shameful Aggression"onGaza

The European Union Saturday, December 7, joined the United Nations in
strongly condemning an Israeli raid on a Gaza Strip refugee camp in which 10
Palestinians, including two U.N. employees were killed, and 19 others were
wounded.

The E.U.'s Danish presidency said it "strongly condemns military or other
violent actions directed indiscriminately against a civilian neighborhood,
whether Palestinian or Israeli.

"There can be no justification for the high number of killed and injured as a
result of last night's Israeli incursion into the El-Bureij refugee camp in
Gaza," a statement said, according to Agence France-Presse (AFP).
