Since marriage is for heterosexuals, you dont fit the definition.

I could point out that some gay and lesbian couple haves gone to the lengths of
adopting each other to get family legal status in order to make those descions.
So now you can say they are in incest even though they are not blood relatives.
Personaly I have just signed serveral legal documents giving my partner those
same rights. As I have no other family and I sure don't want mygovernment
making those descions for me.
