AUBREY - sprzedaje w sklepie winiarskim - i jest to pelna mezczyzna. podobnie
z DANA - spotkasz przedstawicieli obu plci ktorym rodzice dali to imie.

w ogole w krajach anglojezycznych z imionami jest straszny burdel. zadnych
zasad, jesli chcesz dac corce na imie VAGINA, go ahead, nikt cie nie
powstrzyma. system oparty na kodeksie napoleonskim, gdzie panstwo reguluje
imiona, jest wiele lepszy.

zacznijmy spis glupich imion u anglosasow! ja proponuje CONDOLEEZA, ktore sie
wzielo z wloskiego "con dolcezza" (slodko), ktory matka pani rice slyszala od
sasiada, wlocha. no i wziela to i zrobila z tego imie.

Condolleeeezza isn't strictly speaking an Anglo-Saxon, neither is my mate (he's
Scottish) but he's got a great name - Thor.

Po angielsku mówimy albo "He's Scottish" albo "He's a Scot".
"He's Scot" jest po polskiemu.

scottish is used as plural, just like scots

Have a look at all the weirdo names in the "dzisiaj imieniny obchodzą" section
of any Polish newspaper or calendar. Even the stupidest ones are sanctioned by
the Polish state.

Well I'm Scottish and I'm not plural.
"Scots" can be used as an adjective (singular or plural), but it's not very
common in standard English and usually refers to the Scots language or dialects.
e.g.
He's English, she's Scottish. Hand is an English word, haun is a Scots word.

Hehe, this thread is beginning to sound like the sketch from "Saturday Night
Live" about a shop in New York with all things scottish. The owner's punch line
to custumers' requests was always: If it's not scottish it's crrrrap!
