There is a proposal from our side.
As you see a sketch from one drawing , customer wants to change 2 things,
- One is the montage axe as 263,5 ±1 mm and dimension between flange montage hole and THE-hole as 13 mm.
- The THE legs axe is 325,5±1 mm
If we change the drawing like this, the flange tool must be revise and will be a tool cost.
Our proposal is ;
- to change the dimension 263,5 mm as the customer wish. The dimension 12 will be not changed.
and the dimension 325,5 must be reduced 2 mm (323,5 ±1)
The same situation is valid for the other types
Pls talk with customer.If the flange design must be changed than it will a couple weeks and it means tool revised cost
