Position:
Europe Direct Communication Representative, Polish

Your role:
As the European Customer Care Representative you assist citizens and
businesses in their mothertongue with their enquiries about the
European single market, EU funding, legislation and institutions.
This means that you answer their questions by phone or via email or
that you refer them to the right information point of contact within
the European institutions.

Job requirements:
-You have a university degree with preferably a specialization in
European studies
-You speak and write fluently in Polish and have medium English
proficiency
-Furthermore, you are proactive in learning, maintaining and sharing
large volumes of information
-You are a good teamplayer, but you can work independently
