I don't get one thing. You say that you are looking for people with very good English but in the topic there is something about native speakers?!

Native speaker is "a person who has spoken the language in question from early childhood (quote: dictionary.reference.com/browse/native%20speaker)", mostly people born in one country. For example, when you were born in Poland - even if you speak English fluently and you've managed to learn it in Poland - you would not be treated as a native speaker of English.

Just be careful about the usage of the expression "native speaker" 'cause it is not just a person "with very good English". It's better to avoid confusion in that matter.
