Customer Service Representative with German
Location: Gdańsk
In this role you will provide service excellence to the customers of our Clients. Your main duties will include answering to customers’ inquiries by phone, chat and email.
Requirements:
· fluent level of German (obligatory)
· good level of English
· high communication skills, customer attitude
· energetic and enthusiastic approach to team work
· ability to learn new products and services
· knowledge of other languages will be an advantage as well as the call center experience
