      Brothers,

We can interact through constructive dialogue so that each of us supports the
other on the path of right, virtue and honorable jihad which will consolidate
the believers and shame the unbelievers.

When you set your minds on liberation, we will say our say up to the minutest
details in all the fields of jihad: military, political, cultural,
informational, economic and financial. We have set the role of each of our
countries, the role of each of the rulers and men of high posts in these
countries and what we believe to be the necessary role of our peoples and
armies. Let every step we take be part of and leading towards the objective of
liberation. It may help you and clarify the image to you and also ease the
burden of listening for a longer time to this message, to refer to our Message
to the Kings and Heads of States and Governments in the Arab Summit Conference
held in Cairo, October 21-22, 2000.

      Allah is the Greatest!
Long live Palestine, free and lofty, from the River to the Sea!
      Allah is the Greatest!

May Allah, Glorified be His Name, shame those who live in the "Black House" in
Washington, the allies of Zionism and the enemies of the Arabs and Muslims!

      Allah is the Greatest!
      Long live our glorious Ummah!
Mercy and the Highest Heaven for the martyrs of our Ummah!
      Allah is the Greatest!
      Allah is the Greatest!
      Let the debased be despised!

      DOGS

According to Quran and Sunnah Hadith - Bukhari 3:515, Narrated Abu Huraira

Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever keeps a dog, one Qirat of the reward of his
good deeds is deducted daily, unless the dog is used for guarding a farm or
cattle." Abu Huraira (in another narration) said from the Prophet, "unless it
is used for guarding sheep or farms, or for hunting." Narrated Abu Hazim from
Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "A dog for guarding cattle or for hunting."

      Angels Don't Enter

Hadith - Bukhari 3:515, Narrated Abu Huraira

I heard Allah's Apostle saying; "Angels (of Mercy) do not enter a house
wherein there is a dog or a picture of a living creature (a human being or an
      animal)."

      Hadith - Muslim, Narrated 'Aisha

      Gabriel made a promise with Allah's Messenger to come at a definite hour;
that hour came but he did not visit him. And there was in his hand (in the
hand of Allah's Apostle) a staff. He threw it from his hand and said: Never
has Allah or His messengers (angels) ever broken their promise. Then he cast a
glance (and by chance) found a puppy under his cot and said: Aisha, when did
this dog enter here ? She said: By Allah, I don't know. He then commanded and
it was turned out. Then Gabriel came and Allah's Messenger said to him: You
promised me and I waited for you, but you did not come, whereupon he said: It
was the dog in your house which prevented me (to come), for we (angels) do not
enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture.

      A Barking Dog at Night

Hadith - Abu Dawood 5084, Narrated Jabi ibn Abdullah, r.a.

The Prophet said: When you hear the barking of dogs and the braying of asses
at night, seek refuge in Allah, for they see which you do not see.

      Killing a Dog

      Hadith - Muslim, Narrated Maymunah

One morning Allah's Messenger was silent with grief. Maymunah said: Allah's
Messenger, I find a change in your mood today. Allah's Messenger said:
Gabriel had promised me that he would meet me last night, but he did not meet
me. By Allah, he never broke his promises; and Allah's Messenger spent the
day in this sad (mood). Then it occurred to him that there had been a puppy
under their cot. He gave an order and it was turned out. He then took some
water in his hand and sprinkled it on the place. When it was evening Gabriel
met him and he said to him: You promised me that you would meet me the
previous night. He said: Yes, but we do not enter a house in which there is a
dog or a picture. So the very next morning he commanded the dogs to be killed.
He announced that the dog kept for the orchards should also be killed, but he
spared the dog used for the protection of extensive fields (or big gardens).

Hadith - Mishkat, Transmitted by Abu Dawud and Darimi

The Prophet said, "Were dogs not a species of creature I should command that
they all be killed; but kill every pure black one." [Muslim, Narrated
AbuDharr: "...The black dog is a devil."]

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      -

Hadith - Bukhari 4:531, Narrated 'Aisha

The Prophet said, "Five kinds of animals are mischief-doers and can be killed
even in the Sanctuary: They are the rat, the scorpion, the kite, the crow and
      the rabid dog."

Hadith - Bukhari 4:538, Narrated Abu Huraira

Allah's Apostle said, "A prostitute was forgiven by Allah, because, passing
by a panting dog near a well and seeing that the dog was about to die of
thirst, she took off her shoe, and tying it with her head-cover she drew out
some water for it. So, Allah forgave her because of that."

Hadith - Bukhari 7:384, Narrated Adi bin Hatim

      I asked the Prophet about the game killed by a Mi'rad (i.e. a sharp-edged
piece of wood or a piece of wood provided with a sharp piece of iron used for
hunting). He said, "If the game is killed with its sharp edge, eat of it, but
if it is killed with its shaft, with a hit by its broad side then the game is
(unlawful to eat) for it has been beaten to death." I asked him about the game
killed by a trained hound. He said, "If the hound catches the game for you,
eat of it, for killing the game by the hound, is like its slaughtering. But if
you see with your hound or hounds another dog, and you are afraid that it
might have shared in hunting the game with your hound and killed it, then you
should not eat of it, because you have mentioned Allah's Name on (sending)
your hound only, but you have not mentioned it on some other hound."

      Hadith - Muwatta 2.36

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra
that the Messenger of Allah said, "If a dog drinks from your vessel, wash it
      seven times."

      Selling a Dog

Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 34, Number 299, Narrated 'Aun bin Abu Juhaifa

My father bought a slave who practiced the profession of cupping. (My father
broke the slave's instruments of cupping). I asked my father why he had done
so. He replied, "The Prophet forbade the acceptance of the price of a dog or
blood, and also forbade the profession of tattooing, getting tattooed and
receiving or giving Riba, (usury), and cursed the picture-makers."

            Satan

            -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In medieval Judeo-Christian theology, Satan ("adversary") is the personified
concept of evil, and the jealous enemy of mankind. He is the chief of the
angels who rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven.
The belief that Satan is in Hell is a product of cartoons and movies rather
than the reality portrayed in the Bible. The Bible states that he still roams
heaven and earth. Job 1:6 states that Satan appeared with other angels "before
the Lord." Presumably in heaven. When God asked Satan where he had been, Satan
replied, "From roaming through the earth and going back and forth in it."
Satan has not been and is not in Hell. 1 Peter 5:8 declares, "Your enemy the
devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

It is clear from passages such as these that Satan is not in Hell and probably
spends most of his time on earth, seeking to destroy the lives of human beings
and to keep them separated from God.

Satan will be cast into the lake of burning sulfur (Hell), but it is only
after the battle involving Gog and Magog (which means the nations of the
earth). When the enemies of God are defeated, "the devil, who deceived them,
was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false
prophet were thrown." Rev 20:7-10 (New International Version).

In the Apocrypha, Satan represents the forces of evil. The rabbis taught that
he was responsible for all the sins recorded in the Bible and, according to
legend, the shofar is blown on Rosh Hashanah in order to confuse him.

            -Seraphim

            -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            -
Divine creatures from the Old Testament, associated with the Cherubim, and
later taken to be angels. The root of Seraphim comes either from the Hebrew
verb saraph ('to burn') or the Hebrew noun saraph (a fiery, flying serpent).
Because the term appears several times with reference to the serpents
encountered in the wilderness (Num. 21.8, Deut. 8.15; Isa. 14.29; 30.6), it
has often been understood to refer to "fiery serpents." From this it has also
often been proposed that the seraphim were serpentine in form and in some
sense "fiery" creatures or associated with fire.
It is said that whoever lays eyes on a Seraph, he would instantly be
incinerated due to the immense brightness of the Seraph. They are described as
very tall, with six wings and four heads, one for of the cardinal directions.
One pair of wings are for flying, one for covering their eyes (for even they
may not look directly at God), and one for covering their feet (which is
almost certainly a euphemism for genitalia). They are in the direct presence
            of God.

In Isaiah's call-vision in the Temple, he sees Seraphim surrounding the throne
of God, singing praise to God; the "Thrice Holy" hymn (ch 6). In this instance
they are angelic beings but in the Book of Numbers, seraph-snakes are sent to
            punish the Israelites.

Some of the Seraphim are Metatron, Kemuel, Nathanael, Gabriel, and Lucifer.

        Adolf Hitler
        (1889-1945)

        -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
        -

Founder and leader of the Nazi Party, Reich Chancellor and guiding spirit of
the Third Reich from 1933 to 1945, Head of State and Supreme Commander of the
Armed Forces, Adolf Hitler was born in Braunau am Inn, Austria, on 20 April
1889. The son of a fifty-two-year-old Austrian customs official, Alois
Schickelgruber Hitler, and his third wife, a young peasant girl, Klara Poelzl,
both from the backwoods of lower Austria, the young Hitler was a resentful,
discontented child. Moody, lazy, of unstable temperament, he was deeply
        hostile
towards his strict, authoritarian father and strongly attached to his
indulgent, hard-working mother, whose death from cancer in December 1908 was a
shattering blow to the adolescent Hitler.

After spending four years in the Realschule in Linz, he left school at the age
of sixteen with dreams of becoming a painter. In October 1907 the provincial,
middle-class boy left home for Vienna, where he was to remain until 1913
leading a bohemian, vagabond existence. Embittered at his rejection by the
Viennese Academy of Fine Arts, he was to spend "five years of misery and woe"
in Vienna as he later recalled, adopting a view of life which changed very
little in the ensuing years, shaped as it was by a pathological hatred of Jews
and Marxists, liberalism and the cosmopolitan Habsburg monarchy.

Existing from hand to mouth on occasional odd jobs and the hawking of sketches
in low taverns, the young Hitler compensated for the frustrations of a lonely
bachelor's life in miserable male hostels by political harangues in cheap
        cafes
to anyone who would listen and indulging in grandiose dreams of a Greater
        Germany.

In Vienna he acquired his first education in politics by studying the
        demagogic
techniques of the popular Christian-social Mayor, Karl Lueger, and picked up
the stereotyped, obsessive anti-Semitism with its brutal, violent sexual
connotations and concern with the "purity of blood" that remained with him to
the end of his career. From crackpot racial theorists like the defrocked monk,
Lanz von Liebenfels, and the Austrian Pan-German leader, Georg von Schoenerer,
the young Hitler learned to discern in the "Eternal Jew" the symbol and cause
of all chaos, corruption and destruction in culture, politics and the economy.
The press, prostitution, syphilis, capitalism, Marxism, democracy and pacifism-
        -
all were so many means which "the Jew" exploited in his conspiracy to
        undermine
the German nation and the purity of the creative Aryan race.

In May 1913 Hitler left Vienna for Munich and, when war broke out in August
1914, he joined the Sixteenth Bavarian Infantry Regiment, serving as a
        despatch
runner. Hitler proved an able, courageous soldier, receiving the Iron Cross
(First Class) for bravery, but did not rise above the rank of Lance Corporal.
Twice wounded, he was badly gassed four weeks before the end of the war and
spent three months recuperating in a hospital in Pomerania. Temporarily
        blinded
and driven to impotent rage by the abortive November 1918 revolution in
        Germany
as well as the military defeat, Hitler, once restored, was convinced that fate
had chosen him to rescue a humiliated nation from the shackles of the
Versailles Treaty, from Bolsheviks and Jews.

Assigned by the Reichswehr in the summer of 1919 to "educational" duties which
consisted largely of spying on political parties in the overheated atmosphere
of post-revolutionary Munich, Hitler was sent to investigate a small
nationalistic group of idealists, the German Workers' Party. On 16 September
1919 he entered the Party (which had approximately forty members), soon
        changed
its name to the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) and had
imposed himself as its Chairman by July 1921.

Hitler discovered a powerful talent for oratory as well as giving the new
        Party
its symbol--the swastika--and its greeting "Heil!." His hoarse, grating voice,
for all the bombastic, humourless, histrionic content of his speeches,
dominated audiences by dint of his tone of impassioned conviction and gift for
self-dramatization. By November 1921 Hitler was recognized as Fuhrer of a
movement which had 3,000 members, and boosted his personal power by organizing
strong- arm squads to keep order at his meetings and break up those of his
opponents. Out of these squads grew the storm troopers (SA) organized by
Captain Ernst Rohm and Hitler's black-shirted personal bodyguard, the
        Schutzstaffel (SS).

Hitler focused his propaganda against the Versailles Treaty, the "November
criminals," the Marxists and the visible, internal enemy No. 1, the "Jew," who
was responsible for all Germany's domestic problems. In the twenty-five-point
programme of the NSDAP announced on 24 February 1920, the exclusion of the
        Jews
from the Volk community, the myth of Aryan race supremacy and extreme
nationalism were combined with "socialistic" ideas of profit-sharing and
nationalization inspired by ideologues like Gottfried Feder. Hitler's first
written utterance on political questions dating from this period emphasized
that what he called "the anti-Semitism of reason" must lead "to the systematic
combating and elimination of Jewish privileges. Its ultimate goal must
implacably be the total removal of the Jews."

By November 1923 Hitler was convinced that the Weimar Republic was on the
        verge
of collapse and, together with General Ludendorff and local nationalist
        groups,
sought to overthrow the Bavarian government in Munich. Bursting into a beer-
hall in Munich and firing his pistol into the ceiling, he shouted out that he
was heading a new provisional government which would carry through a
        revolution
against "Red Berlin." Hitler and Ludendorff then marched through Munich at the
head of 3,000 men, only to be met by police fire which left sixteen dead and
brought the attempted putsch to an ignominious end. Hitler was arrested and
tried on 26 February 1924, succeeding in turning the tables on his accusers
with a confident, propagandist speech which ended with the
        prophecy: "Pronounce
us guilty a thousand times over: the goddess of the eternal court of history
will smile and tear to pieces the State Prosecutor's submission and the
        court's
verdict for she acquits us." Sentenced to five years' imprisonment in
        Landsberg
fortress, Hitler was released after only nine months during which he dictated
Mein Kampf (My Struggle) to his loyal follower, Rudolf Hess. Subsequently
the "bible" of the Nazi Party, this crude, half-baked hotchpotch of primitive
Social Darwinism, racial myth, anti-Semitism and lebensraum fantasy had sold
over five million copies by 1939 and been translated into eleven languages.

The failure of the Beer-Hall putsch and his period of imprisonment transformed
Hitler from an incompetent adventurer into a shrewd political tactician, who
henceforth decided that he would never again confront the gun barrels of army
and police until they were under his command. He concluded that the road to
power lay not through force alone but through legal subversion of the Weimar
Constitution, the building of a mass movement and the combination of
parliamentary strength with extra-parliamentary street terror and
        intimidation.
Helped by Goering and Goebbels he began to reassemble his followers and
        rebuild
the movement which had disintegrated in his absence.

Programme Production Techniques for TV over IP

European Conference on Academic Internet Television Network.

            November 20, 2002.

            Manager, Skills Training (New Media)
            BBC Training & Development

            Warsaw, Poland. November 2002.

Television on the Internet is too easy.
Making good television content over the Internet is not as easy as some may
think. And given the glamour of television, some people forget the rules and
get carried away by excitement, rather than the purpose and topic of the
            content.

Over the last decade, the technology required to produce television content
has become cheaper and easier to use. Once upon a time a film had to be
edited by a film editor in an edit suite. Today, people using software such
as Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro are editing home movies in their garages, or
news stories in the back of cars.

In a few years, more than one person will be able to digitally focus the same
camera on different objects, at the same time. Unthinkable perhaps, but with
technology already developed, entirely possible. All this is making
television easier to produce. Or is it?

Television is also glamorous. In Britain we learn much of our general
knowledge from television. The news bulletins, the entertainment shows such
as Top of the Pops and television dramas such as Pride & Prejudice (Based on
Austen’s novel) make it exciting and glitzy for the uninitiated.

The magical attraction of television, combined with the relative ease of
producing video makes the whole prospect of television on the Internet worth
striving for. And it is. But it is dangerous because without a good
understanding of how content works, and a mistaken belief that now technology
makes production cheaper and easier content creation also becomes magically
simple, the final production can become doomed, coming across as dreary and
            unfocussed.

Much of the focus these days, when people talk about making video content for
the Internet, is on technology and the limitations it places on web video.
But this is not a helpful focus because good television is founded first on
storytelling principles. Technology, while very important, is a secondary
consideration when it comes to successful content. After all, without
content, what’s the point of technology?

This paper will focus on these very issues. First we’ll consider storytelling
and some of this subject’s inherent values. We’ll briefly discuss new media
and the characteristics that help us offer better, more exciting content.
With this understanding, we’ll look at the predominant educational theories at
the moment and how they can help direct our production of good web video.
With this understanding we’ll examine the technical rules of the internet that
must be understood to get content right. Finally I’ll add my own personal
thoughts on how to make good television content. These will include:

            The importance of a script
            Visualising the audience
Clarifying the editorial and educational purpose
            Following good televisual grammar
Integrating more than one storytelling tool with the video content
Structuring a presentation so it is modular
Conceptualising the presentation as a non-linear structure
            Importance of repetition

These will be based on the importance of understanding storytelling, audience,
purpose and discipline. It will also be based on recognising the
characteristics of new media - principally interactive non-linearity,
personalisation, convergence and community - and integrating these with some
of the principles of adult education theory which will include learner
centredness, cognitive learning theory and multiple intelligence.

      Mur Apartheidu

Od 23 czerwca 2002 - Izraelski rząd buduje wielki mur - tzw. "security wall".
Mur ma otoczyć cały Zachodni Brzeg do czerwca 2003. Ściana Apartheidu
podzielona została na 3 sekcje: północną, Jerozolima oraz południową. Projekt

najmniej 2 Apache.
przyjaciela wraz z dziennikarzem i ochotnikiem - pokojowym aktywistą - zostałam
aresztowana. Trzymano nas wraz z 12stoma Palestyńczykami. Uwięzieni byli
pobici, w samej bieliźnie z zasłoniętymi oczami i skuci. Po 2ch godzinach
przesłuchiwania zostałam wypuszczona ale zabroniono mi powrotu do obozu
      strasząc zastrzeleniem.
