This is not a job offer, it's an invitation to treat. An offer in law becomes binding as soon as it is accepted. If this really were an offer, you would be oblidged to give a job to anyone who answered it. And since you have not given the salary, each person could just write in their own salary and you'd be oblidged to pay it.

So please choose your words more carefully, or better still use properly qualified people to do your recruitment campaigns.
