Junior Accountant / French, German, Dutch, Norwegian, Greek,

Responsibilities:

• daily contact with international clients (helpdesk),
• processing invoices according to defined processes and
Client's requirements,
• ensuring that queries related to Accounts Payable are resolved
in a timely manner,
• ensuring that all invoices and similar documents are properly
allocated,
• blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business
request,
• raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions processes
with the business vendor,
• maintain proper records and audit trail of invoices in query.


Requirements:

• fluent knowledge of one of the above languages,
• very good English writing and speaking skills,
• experience in accounting or educational background in
accountancy, finance or economics will be an advantage,
• good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of
ERP (SAP, Oracle) will be an advantage,
• good analytical and problem solving skills,
• excellent interpersonal skills.
