to pitch right in

I don't know how to translate into Polish experssion: "To pitch
right in with the workers". I will be very grateful if somebody
could help me :)

My Polish is no where near good enough to be a sure guide, but with my translator I get something like: "Po prostu/Szbyko/Bez wahania zabrać się energicznie do pracy z pracownikami". I think the use of 'pracownikami' gives the same impression in Polish as 'workers' in English ie the boss is willingly doing work that would only normally be expected from his employees. There may be a less sterile Polish way of translating 'to pitch in' than 'zabrać się energicznie do pracy', but I haven't found it.
