Najprawdopodobniej "St. Andrew's Catholic Educational Complex" - problem w tym,
że w UK nie funkcjonuje pojęcie "Zespół szkół".

Powiedziałbym "system" raczej niż "complex".

Not everything has to be translated literally, especially when certain
expressions don't find application abroad.
I think that a simple "St. Andrew's Catholic School" would be just sufficient.
If you look up any catholic schools on internet, that's what you will find.
For example:

www.hfcrd.ab.ca/standrews/
The type od school, whether elementary, middle or high, is not specified in the
name.
