Has anyone come across the document " Zaswiadczenie o niezaleganiu w podatkach
lub stwierdzające stan zaleglości"? Word by word translation sounds rather
awkward. Are there any equivalent forms in English?
Google doesn't seem to help in this respect, I'm afraid.

hectars and conversion ones (... All the above factors allow to convert
physical hectars into conversion ones, as the tax base is fixed in conversion
hectares and the tax rate is an equivalent ...)
