as to Dante". Czy można z tego stworzyć logiczne, ale i literackie zdanie?

Are you saying that it is not used? If so, you are wrong, for it is quite
common, at least in the UK.

If you are saying that it does not need to be used, you are right, but then this
is the case for all idioms.

Tak, to już dawno ustalono.
to bear a resemblance = to look similar
więc bear a striking resemblance, similarity, affinity etc

zaskakujące powiązania.
