Definitely not "agency contract", which is "umowa agencji". Isn't "solicitiation contract" good enough ? Odpowiedz Link Zgłoś

If you're translating from polish, this should be preserved, i think.(?) However, it seems to me, you are refering to solicitation in business relations; if that's the case, "agency contract" will be just fine. Odpowiedz Link Zgłoś

Gość: Bert Agency Agreement IP: *.214.111.150.Dial1.Boston1.Level3.net 17.10.02, 02:29 The Agency Agreement is the general term if you mean the agreement between the principal and the agent. It does not state explicitly how the principal compensates the agent. To be more specific, the "sales representative" implies that the agent is compensated, at least in part, by commission - hence the Principal-Sales Representative Agreement. It is usually understood that the sales representatives do not place orders for their own account for resale and they are not employees of the principal. (Solicit advice on this from the local lawyer) May I suggest you write up an agreement rather than a contract? It might help the deal go through... Odpowiedz Link Zgłoś
